What you'll be doing:

Installing, removing, and maintaining thermoplastic and cold-applied road markings on roads, highways, car parks, and more Operating and maintaining specialist equipment, including paint machines, thermoplastic systems, line marking trucks, and thermal lances Measuring, marking out, preparing and priming surfaces with attention to accuracy and finish Working in live traffic environments, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Supporting traffic control setups and site logistics when needed Travelling to various sites (including staying away overnight) and contributing to a high-performing team

What we're looking for:

Qualified

- NVQ Level 2 in Road Building - Pavement Marking (Manual Operations)

Responsible & self-sufficient

- Full, clean UK driving licence (HGV a bonus) and reliable transport for your commute to and from work

Motivated

- You take pride in doing quality work, every time

Reliable

- Your team can count on you to show up ready and consistent

- Calm under pressure, safe in changing conditions
