We are seeking an Experienced Saddle Maker to join our team in the heart of the equestrian industry. This role is crucial in ensuring our saddles meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, contributing significantly to our mission of providing exceptional products for horse riders.

Responsibilities

Craft and assemble high-quality saddles using traditional techniques and modern tools. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues during production. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Perform sewing tasks with precision to ensure durability. Fabricate saddle components according to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards. Assist in training new saddle makers as needed. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a saddle maker or similar role. Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to saddle construction. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in saddle making. Excellent sewing skills with attention to detail. Experience in fabrication processes related to saddle making. Ability to lift heavy materials safely when required. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory. Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist in training others.
