to join our team at RightScapes. In this role, you will be responsible for creating your own sales opportunities through direct engagement with potential clients. You will excel in cold canvassing, door-to-door sales, and establishing long-term relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Proactively initiate and develop sales opportunities through cold canvassing in both business and residential areas.
Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce our services to potential customers.
Identify new prospects and convert them into loyal customers by demonstrating the value of what we do.
Sales Conversion:
Convert enquiries into sales using a direct sales approach tailored to meet the specific needs of each customer.
Present our services effectively, highlighting benefits and unique selling points.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Relationship Building:
Build a robust portfolio of long-term relationships with your customers by delivering outstanding service and value.
Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and foster loyalty.
Generate referrals from existing clientele by building trust, rapport, and delivering exceptional service.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and strategic approaches.
Provide valuable feedback to the team regarding customer needs and market dynamics to refine our offerings.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience:
Proven track record in sales, particularly in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
Experience in the landscaping, outdoor solutions, or related industry is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
Strong negotiation skills and a knack for closing deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
