Job Summary

Wensum Point Carpets Ltd is the largest stockists of carpets and flooring in the Anglia Region. We are a family run business working from our warehouse and showroom based in Whiffler Road, Norwich, since the 80's.

Role Responsibilities:

Delivery top-notch customer service to our customers, both old and new Processing client orders and inquiries promptly and efficiently Ensuring a tidy and well-presented trade counter Offering product advice based on clients needs, leveraging our vast product range. Handling transactions with precision Staying updated on our diverse range of products, from luxury vinyl tiles to commercial-grade carpets.

What we are seeking:

A go-getter with a can-do attitude. Stellar Communication skills Ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment

5 years' experience or similar, in a flooring related role

Familiarity within the flooring industry
