About the Role
As an Experienced Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of buyers and sellers, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Register and qualify applicants, matching them to suitable properties.
Arrange and carry out viewings with prospective buyers.
Negotiate offers and close deals in a professional, proactive manner.
Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth sales progression.
Provide regular feedback and updates to clients.
Achieve and exceed personal and office sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities, including valuations and referrals.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in residential property sales.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proven ability to close deals and hit targets.
Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
Confident, driven, and customer-focused.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
