Knife Crime Matters is a high-impact Community Interest Company dedicated to protecting young lives. We deliver a "Safety Shield" to schools across the UK through three key pillars: life-saving educational resources, visible advocacy (mural projects), and emergency preparedness (bleed kits).
We are looking for experienced, self-motivated sales professionals to help us scale our impact by securing corporate sponsorships from businesses committed to Social Value and CSR.
The Role
As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and closing sponsorship deals with local and national businesses. You will be selling high-value opportunities that provide companies with massive public visibility (such as our Meadowhall Mural project) and tangible community impact (sponsoring bleed kits and education in local schools).
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and research potential corporate sponsors (Construction, Retail, Tech, etc.) who prioritize Social Value.
Outreach:
Conduct high-volume outbound activity via phone, LinkedIn, and email to engage decision-makers (Directors, CSR Managers, Marketing Leads).
Pitching:
Deliver compelling pitches that articulate the dual benefit of our partnerships: saving lives and brand visibility.
Pipeline Management:
Manage your own sales pipeline from initial contact to closing the deal and securing the logo/assets for production.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of communications and provide weekly updates on sales targets and forecasts.
What We Are Looking For
Proven Sales Track Record:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, media sales, or high-level charity fundraising.
Relationship Builders:
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle sensitive topics with professionalism and empathy.
Self-Starters:
Since this is a remote role, you must be highly disciplined, organized, and driven by targets without the need for constant supervision.
Exceptional Communication:
Strong written and verbal skills are a must. You need to be comfortable "picking up the phone."

Remuneration
This is a commission-based role offering a highly competitive percentage of every sponsorship secured. Successful representatives can expect an excellent OTE based on the sponsorship tiers (ranging from 495 to 5,000+).
