About the Role:

We're recruiting for experienced Scaffolders to join our team in Belfast. You'll be using top-quality equipment (Ringscaff by Scafom-RUX) - previous experience with Ringscaff is looked on favourably.

As a powered access company with hoists, mast climbers, and other mechanical aids, we bring total access solutions to construction sites--and we're taking the same approach with scaffolding. By using these mechanical aids wherever possible when erecting scaffolds, we dramatically reduce manual handling and make the job safer, easier, and smarter for our scaffolders. Not only does this improve safety and efficiency, but it also eliminates the back-breaking, labour-intensive work of passing materials up countless scaffold lifts by hand.

Responsibilities:

- Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
- Install and secure scaffolding systems to buildings, foundations, or support surfaces using proper anchoring devices, ties, braces etc.
- Erect scaffolding to ensure it meets all safety regulations and standards
- Collaborate closely with the team to assess scaffolding needs and ensure the best solutions are in place
- Monitor and promptly report any safety concerns or hazards related to scaffolding operations
- Ensure safe dismantling of scaffolding at project completion, stacking components neatly for transport or storage
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards at all times, keeping the site tidy and ensuring no loose gear is left around

Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in scaffolding (Tube & Fitting, System Scaffolds)
- Valid CISRS Scaffolder Card (Part 2 or Advanced)
- CSR / SafePass
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and safe working practices
- Ability to work safely at height
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, reliable attitude
- Capable of taking control of scaffold erection work, leading by example and ensuring high standards are maintained
- Team player who can also work well on their own initiative
- Full UK driving licence preferred

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in building scaffold structures around mast climbers and other mechanical access systems
- SSSTS certification would be advantageous, showcasing leadership and site safety awareness
