Overview



We are seeking an

EXPERIENCED

and highly organised Service Co-Ordinator to oversee the daily operations of our company.

The ideal candidate will possess strong co-ordination skills skills and a comprehensive understanding of administrative functions.

The ideal candidate will have a background of being a service co-ordinator within a similar field.



This role is essential in ensuring that our office and field engineers operate smoothly and efficiently, supporting both staff and management in achieving organisational goals.

Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ideally experience in using Xero accounting software and confidence in learning in house digital maintenance systems Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure.

Responsibilities



Supervise and manage field engineers. Manage and maintain engineers daily work schedules. Sourcing, maintaining and ordering stock. Producing invoices for completed jobs, using Xero accounting. Implement and streamline administrative procedures to enhance office efficiency. Manage our fleet of vehicles, ensuring maintenance checks, MOT's and insurance polices are kept up to date at all times. Manage office supplies inventory, ensuring all necessary materials are available. Communicate effectively with team members and customers, via telephone and email. Maintain staff holiday and training records. Assist in the development of team management strategies to improve performance.

Qualifications



Proven

experience in a similar role.

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, no weekend work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
