We are an established and growing civil engineering contractor based in Lancashire, delivering quality groundworks and infrastructure projects across the North of England.

We're now looking for an

Experienced Site Operations Supervisor

to join us on a long-term basis, supporting the smooth delivery of multiple live jobs. This role suits someone with a strong civils background who enjoys working independently, travelling between sites, and keeping things running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit and oversee multiple live sites Forecast and coordinate labour and materials Review and interpret technical drawings Assist with procurement and deliveries Identify and solve on-site problems proactively Enforce Health & Safety standards Communicate progress/issues to management

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in civil engineering and groundworks Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations, and infrastructure works Confident working from drawings and plans Professional, reliable, and self-motivated CSCS (required), SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred), First Aid Willing to travel and stay away as required
