We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Cook to join our team and provide exceptional culinary services at the Embassy Residence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum 2 years of proven continental culinary experience Plan and create menus, considering dietary restrictions and family preferences Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary principles Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment Sound knowledge of various cuisines and food health and safety regulations Ensure all food preparation and cooking meet high quality and safety standards Work well under pressure and meet deadlines Monitor the condition of kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues, especially in the residence kitchen Behave in a professional manner at all times
