Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for two Experienced SMART Repair Technicians. The SMART Repair Technician will handle vehicle scratch, dent, and bumper repairs with precision and attention to quality, ensuring the work is performed efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting and diagnosing repair needs, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.

In the new year, we are seeking two experienced, self-employed SMART Repair Technicians to operate two highly profitable vans within the West Midlands region.

Ideally, one candidate should be based in Walsall or its surrounding areas, and the other in Stourbridge or its surrounding areas.

Selected candidates will receive a significant percentage of the van's turnover, presenting a long-term opportunity for motivated individuals to take ownership of their own income by delivering professional services, expanding the client base, and contributing to business growth through advertising, leaflet distribution, and social media engagement.

While 90% of the work will be provided, there may be periods of lower demand during which candidates will be expected to proactively promote the brand.

A company van, advertising materials, consumables, uniform, PPE, paint, and equipment will be supplied.

This role also offers the opportunity to achieve full IMI accreditation.
