About the Role
We are seeking
qualified and experienced sports coaches or PE teaching professionals
to join our team as
Bank Staff
. This flexible role involves providing
short-notice cover
during the school day, after school clubs, and wraparound care sessions when permanent staff are unavailable.
This position is well-suited to those with a background in
sports teaching, PE delivery, or professional coaching

What You'll Do
Deliver or support the delivery of
PE lessons and structured sports sessions
Provide cover for
after school clubs and wraparound care
when required
Adapt sessions to engage and challenge children of varying abilities
Maintain a safe, professional, and inclusive environment in line with safeguarding standards
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering
PE or sports coaching
in schools or community sport
One or more of the following qualifications (or equivalent experience):

QTS in Physical Education
or
PGCE in PE
o
UKCC Level 2 (or above)
in a recognised sport
o
Level 3 Certificate in Supporting the Delivery of PE & School Sport (PESS Level 3)
o A
degree in sport, coaching, or physical education
Up-to-date
safeguarding training
and a valid
First Aid certificate
(or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
A professional, reliable, and flexible approach
