Job Description

Lucas Kane Carpentry Ltd are looking for an experienced carpenters to join their friendly team as a self-employed sub-contractor, pay through CIS scheme. We're a small family business working in and around Bristol and Bath and residential properties mainly.

We are continually growing as a business and are looking proficient carpenters:

Essential requirements:

- have at least 5 years experience.

- be qualified to an NVQ 2 level in Carpentry & Joinery minimum or similar professional body (eg. City & Guilds), ideally Level 3 carpentry

- have Driving licence

- have own van, capability to carry full sheet materials

- have full toolkit & own safety gear

- be able to work fully independently, follow detailed instructions, finished works with high attention to detail, clean and tidy work.

- follow safety procedures onsite.

- polite to customers

- leave site tidy

We generally work from 9-5, Monday to Friday but on some occasions you may be required to work outside of these hours which you will be paid for.

Pay

Competitive market rate based on years experience and knowledge 25 per hour starting rate
