Duties

Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service Serve customers in a courteous and professional manner Assist with food preparation and organisation as necessary Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations Upsell menu items to maximise sales opportunities Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders Manage multiple tables effectively during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills

Requirements

Previous experience in a takeaway setting is essential; Further training will be provided Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures Basic maths skills for processing orders and payments accurately Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen work is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work well within a team and adapt to fast-paced environments A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
