Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)

Salary:

90-105 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

About the role:

Heart of Supply are proud to be working with a number of welcoming and supportive schools in Lincoln who are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

If you have a proven track record of supporting pupils in the classroom and a genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll use your experience to:

Support pupils across a range of abilities, helping to boost confidence and promote independent learning. Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support where it's needed most. Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
We're looking for Experienced Teaching Assistants who are proactive, adaptable, and confident working across different age groups or subjects. In return, you'll have the opportunity to work with schools that truly value your experience and dedication.

What you will need:

Experience working with children or young people in an educational, care, or youth setting A calm, nurturing approach and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils Confidence supporting learning under the direction of a class teacher A proactive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to different year groups or settings Strong communication and teamwork skills A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification is helpful, but not essential if you have relevant experience
