Job Summary

We are seeking 2 x skilled and detail-oriented Time Served Joiners to join our team. The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate a high quality of work. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your carpentry and joinery skills in a dynamic environment. Candidates must have a driving license, be able to work to deadlines, and have experience using a variety of hand and power tools to deliver high-quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Fabricate and assemble bespoke joinery components using hand tools and power tools Install wooden structures such as doors, windows, cabinets, and fixtures on-site Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure precise execution Conduct heavy lifting of materials and completed structures safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organised work environment adhering to health and safety standards Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project deadlines are met Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment used in fabrication and installation processes

Qualifications

Proven experience in carpentry or joinery roles Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, screwdrivers, etc. Experience using power tools including drills, sanders, saws, and grinders Knowledge of roofing techniques, masonry work, plumbing systems, electrical wiring or related trades is advantageous Ability to undertake heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong understanding of technical drawings and plans Good organisational skills with attention to detail Relevant qualifications or apprenticeships in carpentry or joinery Physical fitness to work on-site in various weather conditions

Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week Hourly rate depending on experience Weekly pay Overtime available Position can be self employed if preferred Immediate starts available for the right person
