We are seeking an experienced Tractor Driver and Forestry Operative to join our team. In the Castle Eden area. This is a full-time position with immediate start for a reliable, hardworking individual
Responsibilities
Safely operate tractor-trailers and forestry machinery safely and efficiently
Assist with planting, maintenance, and harvesting of forestry areas
Felling, cutting, and transporting logs
Operating Chainsaws, harvesters, or other forestry equipment
Loading / unloading timber
Maintaining tools and equipment
Following health and safety regulations
Follow safety protocals and maintain equipment
Requirements
Proven experience as a tractor driver or forestry operative
Familiarity with forestry operations and machinery
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driving licence (preferably with relevant endorsements.
