Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time) - Fully Private Practice



Ruh Dental is seeking an experienced, confident Treatment Coordinator to join our award-winning, fully private dental practice. This is a key senior role within the business, ideal for someone who thrives on patient interaction, sales performance, and playing a central part in a high-end patient journey.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you will sit at the heart of the practice, bridging the clinical team and patients, driving treatment conversions, and ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and excited about their treatment options. This is far more than an administrative role; it is a sales-focused, patient-facing position with real influence on the growth and success of the practice.

You will work closely with our dentists and management team to present treatment plans, discuss options and finance, overcome objections, and guide patients confidently from consultation to acceptance. You will also play a role in improving systems, patient experience, and team communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Managing and presenting treatment plans in a clear, confident and ethical manner Driving treatment acceptance through strong sales, communication and relationship-building skills Supporting patients throughout their journey, from initial consultation to treatment completion Working closely with clinicians to ensure seamless handovers and consistent messaging Managing follow-ups, conversions, and patient queries Contributing to the ongoing improvement of patient experience and internal processes

Requirements:



Minimum of 4 years' experience within the dental industry Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator is essential Dental Nurse qualification is required Confident, proven sales ability with experience discussing high-value treatment plans Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Dentally or similar dental practice management software Professional, polished and well-presented Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment A team player who contributes positively to practice culture

Working Hours:



Full-time, Monday to Friday One late evening per week Two Saturdays per month Fridays are a half day
