Duties
Act as the primary point of contact for patients regarding treatment scheduling and follow-up appointments
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely delivery of patient care
Manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations
Assist in preparing treatment plans and explaining procedures to patients in a clear and compassionate manner
Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up visits using practice management software
Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing excellent customer service
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols within the practice
Skills
Proven office experience, ideally within a healthcare or similar environment
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in using office software programmes such as MS Office or specialised practice management systems
Compassionate approach with a focus on delivering outstanding patient care
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
