Key Responsibilities:
Conducting accurate property valuations and providing expert advice to clients
Meeting clients in person and over the phone to discuss property needs
Negotiating sales agreements between buyers and sellers
Generating appointments for viewings and valuations
Maintaining property listings and providing administrative support
Building strong relationships with clients and offering market insights
What We're Looking For:
Experience in property valuations (essential)
1 year of experience in property sales or a customer-facing role (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Positive, can-do attitude with great attention to detail
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
