Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders

- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items

- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area

- Handle guest queries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of food safety practices in a restaurant setting

- Experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment

- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for efficient service delivery

- Experience serving food previously

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation techniques

- Previous experience in guest services or a similar role
