As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food and beverage recommendations. Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders while providing menu recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments.

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is advantageous. Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing bills effectively.
