You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued throughout their dining experience.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
