15-20 hours over 3 shifts
Must be immaculately presented, be comfortable in a high volume fast paced environment & enjoy interacting with the public. Experience would be a help although if you are a fast learner not essential.
Most shifts would be across Friday, Saturday & Sunday days & nights.
