Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have experience in catering, serving, and food preparation within a restaurant environment. Previous barista and cocktail experience and knowledge of food safety standards are highly desirable. Responsibilities

Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests' needs are met promptly Serve food and beverages with professionalism and courtesy Assist with food preparation and presentation as required Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area throughout service Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Support the team during catering events or special functions Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues in a friendly manner Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service experiences

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Knowledge of catering, serving, and food safety protocols Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage preparation Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Organised with excellent attention to detail A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends if necessary
