Position: Experienced Warehouse Operative
Location:
Inverness.Salary:
12.40 per hour rising to 12.90 after successful probation.Hours:
39 hours per week. 8am to 5pm (Monday to Thursday) and 8am to 4pm (Friday).Were excited to welcome new individuals to our warehouse team in Inverness. The ideal candidate will enjoy a varied role covering all aspects of distribution centre and warehouse operations. If you have a passion for teamwork, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities include:
Goods In:
+ Unloading and delivery checking. + Booking in orders.
+ Stock put away.
+ Handling returns.
Picking Orders:
+ Inside and outside yard picking.
Despatch:
+ Checking picked orders. + Preparing orders for despatch, from packages to pallets.
+ Using manual and integrated despatch systems.
+ Loading delivery and customer vehicles.
Other Responsibilities:
+ Operating Telehandler, counterbalance, and narrow aisle forklifts (training will be provided).
Desirables:
Counterbalance forklift certificate. Narrow aisle forklift certificate. Telehandler certificate. Abrasive wheels certification. Gas cutting experience.
