to support our unique in-house manufacturing processes. An experienced warper is required to operate direct warping machines and will be trained to run a state-of-the-art direct split filament warping machine. The ideal candidate will have prior experience handling various yarn types including polyester, monofilament nylon, and textured polyester; however, comprehensive training will be provided for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate direct warping machines to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Learn and eventually operate an advanced split filament warping system.
Handle different types of yarns with care and precision, including synthetic and textured varieties.
Follow detailed production schedules, specifications, and machine settings accurately.
Monitor quality and identify defects, resolving issues promptly.
Accurately calculate and apply tension settings, beam lengths, and other numerical parameters using basic equations and measurement tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a warping or similar textile manufacturing role.
Confidence in using equations, calculations, and measurement systems related to yarn and beam specifications.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new machinery and technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with polyester, monofilament nylon, and textured polyester yarns.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working in a production-driven, quality-focused manufacturing environment.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
