Summary



We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Window Blind Manufacturer to join our production team. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and inspecting custom window blinds and shades to meet quality and customer specifications. The ideal candidate should have strong hand-eye coordination, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to follow precise instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities



Measure, cut, and assemble materials such as aluminum, wood, vinyl, or fabric for window blinds and shades Operate hand tools and machinery (e.g., saws, presses, crimpers) safely and efficiently Install components such as headrails, cords, chains, brackets, and slats Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship Package finished products according to company standards and customer requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist in inventory management of raw materials and finished goods Report equipment malfunctions or product issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements



Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly work is essential Comfortable using tools and machinery in a production setting Ability to read measurements or work orders accurately Strong attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
