Tamworth

since 2001.

We are currently seeking an

experienced

and

detail-oriented

Window Fitter

to join our growing installation team. You will be

responsible

for installing, repairing, and maintaining windows in a range of

residential/domestic and commercial

settings. This is a hands-on role that requires

precision, problem-solving skills

, and a

commitment

to

delivering high-quality workmanship.

This is an exciting well paid opportunity for someone who wants to work and earn a regular income for themselves and family.

A set amount of fitting is given each day to achieve & install by you to enable you to earn higher income. All work is inspected regularly and quality has to be signed off. A fabulous opportunity for the right candidate with the right can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Install, replace, and repair windows using hand and power tools (preferably your own) Work with brick, stone, and other masonry materials when required knowledge of brick out patios/French doors, and how to convert a window into a bow/bay window Carry out finishing tasks during installation the finish of the window/door etc must be to an

exceptionally high standard

Read and

interpret technical drawings

and schematics Perform maintenance checks on previously installed windows, all work to be checked and signed off by customer Follow

health and safety

standards and maintain a clean work area a

CSCS card

is essential on site and your own public liability is advantageous.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Window Fitter is essential. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools Ability to

plumb

and

level

windows accurately and

read a tape measure

Knowledge of UK building regulations and window fitting standards Strong

attention

to detail and

problem-solving abilities

Able to work

independently

and within a

team

Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

CSCS card required

Full UK driving licence required

Preferably own a white, racked van suitable for transporting goods
