You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from concept development and budgeting through to live delivery and post-event analysis. This role demands strong leadership, creative problem-solving, technical insight, and a deep understanding of live event logistics and production.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Oversee the full lifecycle of event production, from briefing to execution, ensuring all elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Budget & Cost Management:
Create and manage complex budgets, cost projects accurately, and provide regular financial reporting.
Project Planning:
Develop and manage detailed project timelines and schedules across multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
Team Coordination:
Lead internal creative teams and external contractors, promoting collaboration and maintaining clear communication across all departments.
Client Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships, gathering briefs, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
Creative & Technical Input:
Work closely with designers and production teams to shape event environments, provide technical guidance, oversee the builds and contribute to design feasibility.Proficiency in technical design (CAD/SketchUp or similar) is highly desirable.
KPI & Outcome Focused:
Set, track, and report on project KPIs including budget performance, delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and team efficiency.
Venue & Stakeholder Management:
Secure and liaise with iconic venues, managing all stakeholder requirements and operational constraints.
Live Event Execution:
Support the on-site delivery
Consulting & Strategy:
Advise clients on feasibility, creative direction, and commercial viability during the early phases of project development.
Required Skills & Experience:
3 - 5 years of experience in live events, experiential marketing, and/or production management.
Proven track record managing large-scale events.
Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and high-pressure timelines.
Strong project planning and scheduling skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
Confidence with production-related software and project documentation.
Preferable: Technical design skills (CAD, SketchUp, etc.).
Experience working with KPIs and outcome-based project reporting.
Familiarity with health & safety planning (RAMS, licensing, lifting plans).
Experience in fast-paced environments
