Job Description


Through the Knowledge Transfer Partnership Programme, BlueSkeye AI in partnership with Queen\xe2\x80\x99s University Belfast have an exciting employment opportunity for a graduate to work on a project to incorporate social context and cultural factors into emotion recognition and expressive behaviour AI models for automotive environments to enable expansion of the model\xe2\x80\x99s applicability to different global markets.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated psychology graduate, with a keen interest in AI/data science, to work in BlueSkeye AI (Nottingham) on a 24-month collaborative project with School of Psychology at Queen\xe2\x80\x99s.

The successful candidate will become part of a team within BlueSkeye AI, the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading company for the sensing of human mental state from face and voice behaviour patterns. The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:

  • Hold at least a Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Psychology or a closely related discipline.
  • Completion of a relevant research project or student placement. Applicants should indicate how their experience could be applied to this post.
  • Relevant work experience.
  • Experience in research methods, data collection and statistical analysis.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally i.e. USA/Japan.
