We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. This role is crucial in providing a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and visitors.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties in various settings, including offices, restrooms, and communal areas. Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces to ensure a pristine environment. Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages as necessary. Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to meet organisational standards. Adhere to health and safety guidelines while performing all cleaning tasks. Assist with special cleaning projects as required.

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Good communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with an understanding of safe handling practices. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies regarding cleanliness and safety standards.
