You will be expected to support our International Operations Exhibitions team. This includes end-to-end coordination of shipments to and from events, preparing client quotes, managing both internal and external agents, and overseeing budget control. Global travel opportunities are available to support on-site handling and final-mile delivery.

How you create impact

Provide comprehensive support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction through tailored solutions, regular communication, and proactive issue resolution. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Engage directly with clients on exhibition schedules, pricing, and operational delivery. Plan and manage multimodal logistics (air, sea, land) for time-sensitive event shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery. Oversee on-site event operations internationally, including setup, vendor coordination, and real-time issue management. Support project management planning and execution across multiple event locations. Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally. Promote innovation and technology to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Experience in delivering projects Ability to work in high pressure environments Experience of working proactively to overcome operational challenges Experience of working to targets and deadlines. Experience with traffic management is a plus. Knowledge of customs clearance , ATA Carnets, Temporary Import etc. is a plus Good admin and organisation skills are also key to this role. Valid driving license and willingness to travel
