About The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Export Coordinator to join our growing export team. This role will be critical in managing the export process from the point of sale through to delivery, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations and a seamless customer experience.
As the key liaison between our sales team, customers, and logistics partners, you will be responsible for gathering and verifying all export documentation and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting customer follow-ups post-sale to ensure accurate data collection, reviewing and completing export paperwork, and ensuring compliance with incoterms and local import/export regulations.
You will also be responsible for conducting due diligence in countries where Starlink becomes licensed, ensuring all necessary procedures and documentation are in place to support compliant trade. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple international shipments across our five core export/import markets, with the flexibility to adapt as our global footprint expands.
Requirements
Act as the primary point of contact for customers once a sale is confirmed, gathering all necessary export information and documentation.
Review and finalise all export forms and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with the internal export and logistics team to coordinate international shipments.
Ensure correct application of incoterms for all shipments.
Conduct country-specific due diligence and compliance checks for Starlink licensing requirements.
Maintain strong working knowledge of customs procedures and regulations across our core markets.
Work closely with the sales team to improve pre-sale information gathering and minimise errors.
Support internal training and best practice sharing around export processes where necessary.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in international trade, logistics, or export operations.
Strong understanding of incoterms and global shipping documentation.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
High attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience in dealing with customs and compliance regulations across multiple countries.
Ability to work across departments and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
