Permanent, full-time 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm)

Role Overview



The Export Sales Office Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales and export function. The role combines general sales administration with specific responsibilities relating to export order processing, logistics coordination and documentation. Accuracy, organisation and strong IT skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities



General Sales & Office Administration



Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales office Process sales orders accurately and efficiently Maintain customer records, order files and spreadsheets Handle email correspondence and respond to internal and external queries Support after-sales administration and resolve queries where appropriate Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment Carry out general office duties including data entry and reporting

Export & Logistics Administration



Support export after-sales administration, including booking returns and follow-up activity via customer or carrier portals Maintain and update daily export tracking spreadsheets Prepare commercial invoices and supporting export documentation Book export shipments with approved carriers and manage related email queries Assist with courier and freight bookings via online portals Support customs-related administration, including completion of declarations for goods moving internationally Input and process European sales orders accurately Ensure export documentation complies with required standards and deadlines

Skills & Experience Required



Previous experience in a sales administration, export administration or office administration role Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and general computer systems High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Confident written communication skills, particularly via email Well organised with a proactive and flexible approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential)



Experience working with export documentation or logistics Familiarity with customs declarations or international shipping processes
