Current Open Roles:

Export Clerk - 4on/4off (Day Shift)

Salary: Up to 43,000 + Bonus Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off, day shifts Location: Heathrow

Export Clerk - 4on/4off (Night Shift)

Salary: Up to 45,000 + Bonus Schedule: 4 nights on / 4 nights off Location: Heathrow

Import Clerk - Monday to Friday (Day Shift)

Salary: Up to 30,000 + Bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday Location: Heathrow

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):

Process import/export shipments via air freight Liaise with airlines, handling agents, and clients T1 Custom Entries (Required) Complete customs entries using CNS, Destin8, or similar systems Prepare and manage shipping documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, etc.) Track shipments and ensure on-time deliveries Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly Maintain up-to-date files and compliance records

Requirements:

2+ year of experience in air freight (export or import) Dangerous Goods by Air Experience (Required) Working knowledge of customs systems (CNS, Destin8, ASM Sequoia, etc.) Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Flexible and proactive approach Must be eligible to work in the UK
