Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of external accounts to deliver on sales, pricing, and profitability objectives. Lead and manage commercial activity within your operating area to achieve budgets and targets. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring excellent customer experience and strong, long-term partnerships. Regularly review customer accounts to identify opportunities for growth and proactively promote our full range of products. Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the Commercial Team, highlighting underperformance and proposing solutions for continuous improvement. Build strong working relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally.

Requirements

Previous commercial experience within the UK construction market is highly advantageous. A confident, professional communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
