External Customer Assistant (Working outside)

Job Type: Part-time

The job is to greet customers and confirm if they have made an order prior to their arrival. They will then let the team inside the shop know the customer has arrived, as well as taking orders via a tablet. This role is an external one so you must be prepared to work in all weathers.

Ideally worked in a customer facing role before, being confident and polite is a must. Being a people person is an essential and holding a conversation with customers and making them feel welcome is part of the role.

The shifts will be:

Week 1

Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday all 4:15pm to 9:15pm

Week 2

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday all 4:15pm to 9:15pm

Average 20 hours per week over a fortnight.
Pay: Starting minimum for age until probation passed (12.21 for 21 and over)

Staff discount on food bought at the shop.

Paid holidays, guaranteed Christmas off and Easter Sunday.
