Managed Mechanical Services Ltd is a leading mechanical and HVAC services provider, delivering high-quality maintenance, plant room refurbishments, boiler and AHU replacements, energy efficiency upgrades, and ventilation/air conditioning installations. We work across health, social housing, education, government, commercial, and facilities management sectors, ensuring compliance, reliability, and innovation in all our projects.
We are now seeking a motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in building client relationships, developing opportunities, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities within target sectors, particularly end-user commercial and facilities management (FM) clients.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Identify, qualify, and follow up on sales leads, tenders, and project opportunities.
Assist and work closely with the quotation team to ensure smooth handover of leads, accurate pricing, and timely submission of proposals.
Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to develop compelling proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM records.
Represent Managed Mechanical Services at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
Work towards agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the business.
Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and sector opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within mechanical, HVAC, or construction services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client-friendly solutions.
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Experience managing sales pipelines and achieving targets.
Full UK driving licence (required).
Desirable
Experience selling into healthcare, social housing, education, commercial end-user, or FM sectors.
Knowledge of plant room systems, AHUs, boilers, pipework, or HVAC upgrades.
Familiarity with tendering processes and framework agreements.
