To be successful you must have the following:

A strong background in either Sheet Extrusion or Film Extrusion processes. Hands-on experience working with high-performance polymers such as ABS, PC, Acrylic, PMMA, or PETG. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specializing in Materials, Processing, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written. Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs. Willingness to relocate to Brisbane (We will initially sponsor your working visa. For high-performing employees who demonstrate long-term commitment and excellence, EGR is committed to assisting you in obtaining Australian Permanent Residency)

What you'll do:

Set up, start, and operate extrusion lines according to production schedules. Monitor machine performance, temperature, speed, and pressure to maintain product quality. Perform quality checks on extruded products (e.g., dimensions, surface finish, thickness). Ensure proper handling of raw materials, including loading resins, additives, and colorants. Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports and quality logs. Clean, maintain, and perform basic preventive maintenance on extrusion equipment. Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times. Communicate any production issues to the supervisor promptly.
