Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in eyelash extensions and customer service, ensuring that clients receive exceptional care and attention during their visits. Also must know how to do waxing and ideally threading! If you also can do nails and pedicure it would be great!

Duties

Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and artistry, ensuring client satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Manage appointment bookings and front desk operations efficiently. Assist clients with makeup application as needed, enhancing their overall experience. Promote services through social media management to attract new clientele. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations. Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious working environment.

Skills

Proficiency in eyelash extensions application techniques. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. Experience in front desk operations is advantageous. Knowledge of makeup application techniques is beneficial. Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for promotional purposes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in deep tissue massage or barbering is a plus but not mandatory. A proactive approach to managing client relationships and expectations.
