Responsibilities

Apply eyelash extensions with precision and artistry, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. Provide deep tissue massages as needed, enhancing the overall relaxation experience for clients. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records. Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with clients, addressing their needs, and providing tailored recommendations. Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and drive business growth. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace to uphold hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and hospitality.

Skills

Proficient in eyelash extensions application techniques with a keen eye for detail. Strong management skills to oversee daily operations effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously. Experience in customer service, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Familiarity with makeup application techniques is advantageous. Knowledge of deep tissue massage techniques is preferred but not essential. Ability to manage social media platforms effectively for marketing purposes. Skills in upselling services while maintaining integrity and client trust. Background in hospitality or barbering can be beneficial for enhancing client interactions.
