• Right to work in the UK
• Minimum of 2 references
• Enhanced DBS clearance

Experience/Qualifications

• Hold a qualification that meets the approved xe2x80x98full and relevantxe2x80x99 criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion of staffing ratios.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children
• Support the school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of a school
• Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils.
• To implement the daily routine
• When directed, plan and implement age-appropriate activities, in conjunction with other staff
• Assisting children in personal/intimate care
• Regularly evaluate childrenxe2x80x99s development and keep records as appropriate, as directed by the teacher
• Liaise with parents/carers of children, only when directed by a schoolxe2x80x99s class teacher
• Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and all safeguarding requirements, including ensuring that children are supervised at all times.
• To ensure the provision of a high-quality environment to meet the needs of individual children at each stage of development
