What You'll Be Doing



As a Nursery Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping children feel safe, happy, and inspired every day. You don't need formal experience-we'll guide and train you along the way. Here's what you can expect to do:

Help deliver our 'learning through play' approach with fun, creative activities Support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Encourage communication, independence, and confidence in both German and English Keep children safe and support their emotional wellbeing Work closely with your team to create a positive, inclusive environment

You

speak fluent German

(native or near-native level) You

love working with children

and want to support their learning and development You're friendly, enthusiastic, and eager to learn You're happy to work in a predominantly German-speaking environment You bring a positive, proactive attitude to your team
Remember, no childcare qualifications or experience are required--just your language skills and passion for early years.

Note: Previous childcare experience is welcome but

not required - full training will be provided.
