EYFS Teaching Assistant

to support learning within their Early Years provision from September.

The Role:

This is a full-time position supporting children in Nursery or Reception, working alongside the class teacher to deliver activities in line with the Early Years Framework. Your role will involve helping children to settle into routines, access learning through play, and develop their social, emotional and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of age-appropriate learning activities Encourage personal development and social interaction Help monitor pupil progress and contribute to observations Create a positive and secure learning environment Work closely with teaching staff and contribute to team planning

Requirements:

Previous experience in an Early Years or primary school setting Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) A caring, enthusiastic and professional approach Strong teamwork and communication skills A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification is advantageous

Pay: 85.00-120.00 per day

Expected hours: No more than 32.5 per week
