EYFS Teaching Assistant

to join their Early Years team this September.

The Role:

This full-time role involves working within a Nursery or Reception setting, supporting the class teacher to deliver high-quality early years provision. You'll help create a safe and engaging learning environment while supporting children's development through structured play and routine-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum through hands-on activities Assist with observation, assessment and progress tracking Promote positive behaviour, personal development and early communication skills Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere Work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents/carers

Requirements:

Experience in an early years or primary school setting A warm, supportive and proactive attitude Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and child development Strong communication and teamwork skills A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or Teaching Support is preferred
