Join Northstowe Nursery - Train as an Early Years Teacher (EYITT) While You Work!

Are you passionate about early years education but don't yet hold a formal childcare qualification? Northstowe Nursery is offering an incredible opportunity for dedicated individuals to train and gain their Early Years Initial Teacher Training (EYITT) qualification while working with us.

We will fully support your learning journey, providing hands-on experience in our purpose-built nursery setting while paying you 12.95 per hour --our current rate for Level 3 qualified practitioners.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's Degree in any subject

GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (or an equivalent qualification, e.g., Functional Skills)

A passion for working with children and shaping their early development

A hardworking and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional growth

Flexible Working Hours to Fit Around Home Life:

We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working patterns to suit different schedules:

AM sessions: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

OR

Preschool hours: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Working school term weeks.
