Data & AI practice is experiencing rapid growth, and we're on the lookout for hands on Fabric Data Architects.


Our ideal candidates should be passionate about data & AI, have a deep understanding of the relevant technologies, and be excited to work on the leading edge of these technologies.

Role & Responsibilities


Possess 18-20 years of work experience at a reputable Data & AI services firm. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for compelling storytelling. Demonstrable experience in delivering Microsoft Fabric data foundations for clients. Design & Implement Microsoft Fabric Data Architecture: Architect and implement scalable, reliable end-to-end data solutions using Azure/Microsoft Fabric services, covering data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Data Modelling & Integration: Develop and maintain robust data models, integrate internal and external data sources, and enable seamless data movement and interoperability across platforms and teams. Data Governance & Security: Establish strong DG frameworks, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (using multiple tools), and implement security best practices such as access control, data masking, and audit logging. Continually analyse data workloads, tune performance, optimise the use of Fabric/Azure resources, and proactively address bottlenecks to ensure efficient and cost-effective data operations. Demonstrated ability to create Data & AI solutions for enterprise clients and lead architecture teams by promoting standards and best practices aligned with enterprise strategy. Engage with business and technology stakeholders, collect necessary information, comprehend client expectations, clarify details through workshops, and propose and discuss optimal solutions. Ability to quickly manage and troubleshoot any escalated issues related to Data & AI delivery. The ability to conduct data landscape assessments and rationalise portfolios for tools or platforms. You should be able to provide solutions for modernising, migrating, and integrating applications on cloud, using industry best practices. Work closely with the pre-sales, account, and sales teams, providing support throughout all phases of Data & AI deal pursuits and expand existing projects.

You Must Posses




Possess a Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Decision Sciences. Drive meaningful customer conversations and achieve positive business outcomes. Prior experience in collaborating with Account Executives and Architects from Microsoft. Understanding of the Agile methodology for development and execution. Maintains an active learning approach, staying current with industry trends, and applying these insights to develop solutions, initiate new projects, and shape capability roadmaps. Contribute to the development of solutions and automation accelerators, and mentor emerging Data & AI talent. Adept at recruiting top-tier Data & AI practitioners. Willing to travel up to 10 to 20% of the time, primarily within the UK and sometimes within Europe.
