Are you practical, reliable, and keen to build a career in manufacturing? At Sidey, we are proud to be one of Scotland's leading fenestration specialists. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dedicated Fabricator to join our busy and dynamic production team.

About the Role

As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for producing high quality window and door components. You will follow technical assembly instructions, use hand tools and machinery (full training provided), and ensure our products meet quality and safety standards. Your attention to detail and team-oriented approach will help us deliver outstanding results for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Follow and adhere to the Company's Health and Safety requirements and Code of Conduct. Manufacture of windows and/or doors inclusive of cutting, machining, welding, fabricating, beading and glazing of products. Use of hand tools also required. Achieve daily production target as per production schedule in compliance with safety, quality, specification and efficiency targets. Adopt "right first time" approach. Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance requirements, troubleshooting and reporting defects for repair. Assist in the Company's programme of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing. Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy around the factory area. Contribute with in process and final product quality control and record keeping. Follow instructions provided by Production Supervisors.
