Job Summary

We are an established and growing engineering and fabrication business looking to add experienced Fabricators / Pipefitters / Welders to our team. Specialising in stainless steel fabrication, tanks and pipework, we deliver high-quality work to industries such as food & beverage, water treatment, and pharmaceutical processing.

Role Responsibilities:

Fabricate, fit, and weld stainless steel tanks, pipework and assemblies to precise tolerances Carry out TIG welding to a consistently high standard - both in workshop and on-site (as required) Work from detailed engineering drawings, P&IDs, and isometric diagrams Carry out basic mechanical assembly and fitting of associated components (e.g. valves, supports, pumps) Maintain a clean and safe working environment Contribute to a culture of quality, professionalism, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Recognised apprenticeship in stainless steel fabrication / Welding Proficient in TIG welding stainless steel Confident working from fabrication drawings and pipe schematics Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to challenges on the shop floor or on-site Strong attention to detail - takes pride in producing neat, quality work Awareness and commitment to health & safety practices

Desirable (Not Essential):

Experience working in food-grade, pharma, or water treatment environments Familiarity with site work and installations Valid CSCS or equivalent safety passport Manual handling and confined space training a plus Flexibility for occasional travel or overtime at short notice
